Coachmen drive between towns on the old continent; captains sail to other ports and islands. Talk to them and say travel, then the name of the destination and yes. You pay in gold (from your backpack or bank). The Eastern Reaches, the islands of the archipelago and the Dragon Isle can only be reached by ship.
